By using the DecorZmart website or completing a purchase through it, you agree to the terms set out on this page. We reserve the right to update these terms; any update takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
Pricing & Products
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include value-added tax (VAT). We make every effort to display product colors and dimensions accurately; however, minor color variations may appear due to differences in display screens and do not constitute a product defect.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of your confirmation message. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued within 5 business days.
Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, designs, and the DecorZmart logo—is owned by the store and may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts within Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
