How long does shipping take?+
Orders are prepared within one business day. Delivery takes 2–4 business days in major cities and 4–7 days elsewhere. You'll receive tracking as soon as the order ships.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?+
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the item is in original condition with packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
How do I choose the right rug size?+
At minimum, the rug should touch the front legs of seating. For small living rooms use 160×230 cm, medium 200×290 cm, large 240×340 cm or bigger. See our blog for room-by-room sizing.
At what height should I hang a mirror or artwork?+
Center the piece at 145–150 cm from the floor. Above a sofa or console, keep the bottom edge 20–25 cm above the furniture.
Does wallpaper need a professional installer?+
Usually not. Our non-woven wallpaper installs with paste on the wall and repeats every 53 cm. Large rooms or uneven walls may benefit from a pro.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa and Mastercard, mobile wallets, Fawry, and cash on delivery in eligible cities.
Is decor consultation really free?+
Yes. Send room photos and approximate dimensions via contact or WhatsApp. A stylist will suggest pieces and layout with no purchase obligation.
Do you sell furniture?+
No. We focus on decor only: walls, floors, lighting, mirrors, textiles, plants, accessories, and outdoor decor — the fastest layer to transform a space.
