Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition and includes all packaging and accessories.
How to Request a Return
The process is simple and does not require lengthy forms:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact page with your order number
- Attach a photo of the product and the reason for the return
- We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the product
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover the full cost of return shipping if the product is defective, differs from the description, or arrived damaged. If the return is due to a change of mind, a return shipping fee of EGP 150 will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and product-specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
- Wallpaper and flooring after the roll has been opened or cut
- Custom-sized products such as made-to-measure curtains
- Artificial grass after it has been cut
- Used candles
