Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within one business day of payment confirmation. After processing, delivery takes 2–4 business days in major cities and 4–7 business days in all other areas.
Orders containing large items—such as rugs measuring 240×340 cm or larger—may require one additional business day for processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your city and the shipment weight.
- Orders over EGP 2,000: free shipping within Egypt
- Orders under EGP 2,000: flat shipping fee of EGP 150
- Cash on delivery: additional fee of EGP 50
Order Tracking
Once your shipment is handed to the carrier, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You may also request shipment status updates via WhatsApp at any time.
Receiving Your Shipment
We recommend inspecting the package in front of the delivery representative and verifying that the packaging is intact, especially for mirrors and glass items. If visible damage is present, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately—we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
